These terms govern your use of seeyouatthepatch.com and your visit to The Patch. By using the site or visiting either location, you agree to them.

Hours, Pricing, and Closures

Season dates, hours, attractions, and prices are posted on the site and may change without notice. The Patch is an outdoor attraction and may close or limit attractions for weather, field conditions, or safety at any time. We will post closures on the site and on our social media pages as early as we are able.

Tickets and Refunds

Admission is for the date and location purchased or stated at the gate. Tickets are not transferable to another season. If we close a location for weather before you enter, we will honor your ticket on another operating day in the same season. Admission is not refundable once you have entered. Tickets purchased through a third-party ticketing provider are also subject to that provider's terms.

Rules of Conduct

• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

• Follow all posted rules and staff instructions for each attraction, including height, age, and weight limits.

• No outside alcohol, weapons, fireworks, drones, or pets (service animals welcome).

• No smoking or vaping except in designated areas.

• Treat animals in the petting area as directed by staff and wash your hands after contact.

• We may refuse entry or remove any guest who endangers others, damages property, or violates these rules, without refund.

 

Assumption of Risk

Attractions at The Patch include hay rides, slides, jumping pads, corn mazes, animal areas, and uneven outdoor terrain. These activities carry inherent risks, including falls, collisions, insect stings, and contact with animals. By entering, you accept these risks for yourself and any minors in your care, and you agree that The Patch, Tork Investments LLC, and their owners, employees, and volunteers are not responsible for injury, illness, or loss of property except where caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photography

By entering The Patch you consent to being photographed or recorded by our staff and to our use of those images for promotion, without compensation. See the Privacy Policy for how to opt out.

Website Use

The content on this site, including text, photos, video, and logos, belongs to The Patch or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site is provided as is. We do our best to keep dates, hours, and prices accurate but do not guarantee the site will be error-free or always available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Patch and Tork Investments LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or your visit, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for admission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version on the site. Your continued use of the site or visit to The Patch after a change means you accept the revised terms.
